Harvey earned his bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University, concentrating in Political Science and Justice Studies. He continued his legal education at the prestigious Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he focused on criminal law and courtroom advocacy.

During law school, Harvey served as a student attorney with the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office, gaining hands-on courtroom experience representing individuals accused of criminal offenses under the supervision of experienced trial attorneys. He also clerked for two respected Arizona criminal defense law firms, where he developed experience in case strategy, legal research, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Today, Harvey represents clients in a wide range of criminal matters, from misdemeanors to serious felony offenses. He understands that every case, and every client, is different.
